You've got to have a reliable Maryland home security system to deal with the fact that these parents dropped the ball. I am shocked that a 15 year old could commit these crimes.

Good luck to the officers. Listen to your FTO's and learn everything you can to stay safe. Never forget we work for the citizens.

As a side note, it is too bad the field training program isn't longer. Ten weeks is too short, and certainly doesn't meet the San Jose model. We've tried a ten week program at our department, but it failed to provide the needed amount of training.
